Do you supply the basin tap, or do I buy my own?

Can you replace a basin tap without replacing the whole vanity?

What's the benefit of a lever tap over a traditional handle?
A lever tap needs far less grip strength to operate than a traditional capstan handle, which makes a real difference for arthritic hands, young children, or anywhere taps get constant daily use. We fit lever taps in homes and in commercial settings like childcare centres and schools for exactly that reason.
Will you check the valves under the basin as well?
Yes. The isolation valves under a basin are often seized or corroded by the time the tap above them needs replacing, especially on an older vanity. We check them as part of every basin tap job and replace them if they're not shutting off reliably.
My basin tap is just dripping. Does it need replacing?
